I’ll be waiting for that explanation :) and what I say to this is, bad company corrupts good character (absolutely) but God is the best character, so if you put Him first always, He will overshadow (or should I say blindingly overpower with light) any tarnished character. Therefore we are not fragile beings who should fear corruption from human interaction, in fact fear is itself a sin because God says “relax! I got this :)” So YES I also would not engage in these things with a person like that as well, but would I refuse to allow them in my life; no. I would let the presence of Christ within me, influence them. Not just through distant prayer, but through active listening, conversation, and friendship. I hope you don’t mind if I post this particular message because I think it’s truly an amazing conversation we are having.

You’re very welcome(: It’s so incredibly difficult to answer that because to be honest, there are days I stray very far from God and others I’m having conversation with Him in my head nonstop. Especially for the past few days, I’ve been a pretty stubborn child. I was raised a Christian but I think I surrendered most to the Lord the beginning of this year. Luckily He’s very stubborn too, so it’s impossible to stray too far. God Bless!
